Gold For Heathrow at the Creative Circle Awards!

Our Music Supervision aficionados at Curved Arrow set upon the Roundhouse last night for the Creative Circle Awards, in celebration of excellence across the advertising industry over the last year.

We were delighted to see the Heathrow Christmas spot scoop a whopping 4 awards – one of which was Gold for ‘Best Use Of Music’ – a campaign Curved Arrow were recruited as Music Supervisors for – where they suggested, negotiated and licensed Chas & Dave’s ‘I’m Going Back’.

Welcome To Safari Mcasso

We created an animal-themed playlist for Radio LBB, exploring people’s fascination with the natural world. Full of tracks, drawing inspiration from the sounds and rhythms of all different types of animals, including effervescing elephants and, terrifyingly, a halfsharkalligatorhalfman!

Let It Shine!

BBC One’s new prime time Saturday night TV show, ‘Let It Shine’, starting tomorrow evening at 7pm will feature our specially composed opening and closing theme, and incidental music, written by Mcasso composer Richard Atkinson.

The 8 part series is hosted by Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc, with Gary Barlow at the helm as he casts the net to find a boy band to perform in a brand new stage musical, which features the music of Take That.

We were asked to present a contemporary theme for the show in a pitch against many of the UK’s top TV composers, and Richard was successful after Gary Barlow’s approval.

Introducing a Family of Festive Funky Pigeons

Working with MullenLowe and Aardman, we adapted well known Christmas tracks for Funky Pigeon’s Christmas campaign.

Will Mellor and the rest of the pigeon family flew into the Mcasso studios so we could record their coo-ing, and we additionally provided audio post for the campaign. Look out for more in the new year!

Warmth & Sparkle for Ernest Jones

We composed the music for Ernest Jones’ multiple spot Christmas campaign. Taking inspiration from the featured heritage collections – we wrote two elegant Jazz tracks to compliment the films.
