Mcasso were asked by Razorfish to provide the music for a new online campaign for McDonald’s ‘Great Tastes Of America’.
To be shown on the front page of McDonalds.co.uk over the next 5 weeks – users are offered the chance to mix various Hip Hop beats and loops representing 5 different American Cities. Each week, users can alternate between the various beats, loops and sounds available to play with and mix in real time.
At Mcasso we composed a variety of beats, loops and sound effects in 5 different Hip Hop styles, beginning with the Jazz-influenced Chicago scene in week 1 and ending with a Soulful Memphis style in week 5. Each city represents a unique burger that’ll be available in McDonald’s restaurants across the UK.
